Mini sweet potato pizzas: 1/2” sweet potato slices, marinara sauce, @daiyafoodsmozzarella shreds, mushrooms, chopped prosciutto. . Salad: mini cucumber, grape tomatoes, spinach/arugula blend, white balsamic/shallot dressing. . *Pro tip: Bake sweet potato rounds for 15 minutes on each side with olive oil/salt/pepper to have fully cooked, decadent “crusts!” Then add toppings of your choice and bake again for 5 minutes!* . ALLERGEN FREE.
