I am a registered and licensed dietitian in the great state of Texas, with a Certificate of Training in Food Allergies from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. I aim to inspire others through my artwork: food.
Cooking and science are my two greatest passions and I live with food allergies, so nutrition guides my life.
