Jennifer’s Hash • the most delicious and easiest way to pack 3 nutrient-dense food groups into one meal. .
Made it simple today and sautéed turkey sausage with a medium sweet potato and a bunch of kale. Jenn adds yummy stuff like plantains and onions, but this is all I had today. .
Another wonderful thing about this meal is that it’s a great way to throw veggies into breakfast! . ALLERGEN FREE.
