Curry Spiced Salmon with Thai Mushroom Gravy

• baked wild caught salmon, spiced with curry powder and crushed red pepper • Thai gravy • boiled purple potatoes • cilantro • . Thai mushroom gravy: whisk together 1 Tbsp red curry paste, 1 tsp curry powder, 1/2 cup almond milk, 2 Tbsp @daiyafoods cream cheese. Sauté 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms in olive oil until al dente and add Thai gravy. Simmer 5 minutes. . CONTAINS: Tree Nuts, Fish.
