• curry-spiced quinoa • beet hummus • quick pickled carrots • shredded brussels • . Beet hummus: 1 small boiled beet, 1 can chickpeas, juice from 1 lemon, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons tahini . Pickled carrots: carrot matchsticks, apple cider vinegar; marinated in fridge for 15 minutes . ALLERGEN FREE.
