• 4 ounce salmon filet spiced with onion powder, garlic powder, dill, parsley • asparagus seasoned with lemon juice, pepper • mashed steamed cauliflower with plain Greek yogurt, salt, pepper, @daiyafoods cheddar style shreds • .
